SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the rate you choose.  A flat rate of £1.50 GBP is added to each rate to cover packaging and tracking costs.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £3.95 (3-5 business days)  plus £1.50 packing & tracking
  • Express Shipping: £7.95 (1-2 business days) plus £1.50 packing & tracking
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £50 with free packing & tracking

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: £8.95 (5-10 business days) plus £1.50 packing & tracking
  • Express Shipping: £15.95 (3-5 business days) plus £1.50 packing & tracking

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 (10-20 business days) plus £1.50 packing & tracking
  • Express Shipping: £24.95 (5-10 business days)us £1.50 packing & tracking

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers We ship via Royal Mail and other trusted courier services depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

International Shipping & Customs We ship to most countries worldwide. For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country
  • Boho Zo Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
  • Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bohozo2023@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
