Do you ship internationally?   Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

What is your returns policy?  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.  Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

How long does delivery take?  UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International delivery takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.  We process, pack and post your order within 24 hours of receipt.  

Are your products handmade?  Yes, all our items are designed  and carefully handcrafted in the UK, using traditional skills. This means each piece is unique and may have slight variations.

Do you offer gift wrapping?  Yes, gift wrapping is available at checkout for a small additional fee, just email us prior to purchase for more details.

How can I track my order?  Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
